A Jury of Her Peers by Susan Glaspell

This is one of the best short stories that I have read. This appears in BASS of the Century. This story is writeen by Susan Glaspell, and was written in 1917. A story about Minne Foster, or Mrs. Wright who appears to have murdered her husband. Some women in the neighborhood accompany the sheriff and other investigators. While the men busied themselves with trying to determine how and why the husband died, the women pay particular attention to the clues left in the kitchen. Without giving the end away, this story ends with the men not finding out much, but the women discovering the truth to what had happened.

I will have to look for this story! It sounds like a good one. I do enjoy mysteries - as long as they're not too scarry!

I would like to read both Zelig and this book - they sound great! Next time I'm down there lend me Zelig. Oh yea, that will be this Thursday night for the final financial seminar.
